Jennifer DeLeon MA, is the Founder and Program Director of Janie's Place. She has a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology- Dallas, with an educational background that includes Rehabilitation and Addiction Studies from the University of North Texas and is certified in Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have a sincere passion for helping women rebuild structure and accountability, with a focus on achieving sobriety and sustaining long-term recovery. I am dedicated to helping women overcome addiction and address mental health challenges which will empower them to live life to its fullest potential.

Cathy Hays/ Peer Support Specialist 

Cathy is committed and passionate about helping women in their recovery process. Through her own experiences of maintaining long-term recovery, Cathy has a passion for empowering women to heal from addiction through self-awareness, and motivation while working the 12-steps of recovery. Cathy has been an independent business owner for over 20 years, but more recently has stepped into the role as a peer support specialist because she believes validating one's life experiences and feelings conveys hope of recovery.

Dusty Burrows LPC, LCDC

Dusty is an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with a demonstrated history of achieving in the mental health care industry and specializing in residential addiction treatment, medication assisted treatment, and recovery support services. Dusty specializes in Person Centered Therapy and is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He is a dedicated community service advocate and social services professional with a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Texas.
